Because any object is influenced by the gravity of the earth, in the process of producing laser tubes, we assemble and debug the laser collimation according to the best support points. Once the support point changes, the force of the laser tube changes, the power will decrease and the light spot will be deformed. For a 100w laser tube, the length is 1450mm, and the best supporting point is 35cm. For a 130w laser tube, the best supporting point for a length of 1650mm is 40cm, which means that the bracket is 40cm away from both ends of the laser tube. Generally, the difference within 5cm has little effect. Once this distance is exceeded, especially for the laser tube over 1.6 meters, its power and mode will be affected. |
