How to deal with the ignition of laser tube or connector?

Laser strike is generally divided into laser tube strike and line strike. 1. Laser tube ignition can be divided into internal ignition and external ignition, and the description of internal ignition has broken down and leaked, which is of no repair value. If there is a fire outside the tube, check whether the high-voltage part of the laser tube is too close to the casing, at least 15cm away, or isolated with a thick rubber pad. Check whether the high-pressure cap is loose and black. If it is, it needs to be completely removed, welded again and put on an insulating sleeve. Or wrap it with high-pressure tape and then put on a silicone tube. It is safer to inject 704 silicone if possible. 2. When the external circuit is ignited as shown in the figure, pay attention to the fact that the joint cannot be directly placed on the casing, and pay attention to insulation. The whole line needs to be covered with silicone hose, and it needs to be replaced in time if the line is aging. High-power laser tubes use 50KV high-voltage lines.
In humid environment, it is also necessary to wrap the positive electrode of the laser tube with plastic wrap to prevent the ignition caused by humidity or static electricity.
Igniting the fire will cause damage to the motherboard, power supply and other components, so special attention should be paid.
