Matters needing attention in summer use of Tianyi laser

Matters needing attention in using carbon dioxide laser in summer.
Due to high summer temperature, humid air and heavy electricity load, carbon dioxide laser (hereinafter referred to as laser) has high failure rate in summer. In order to ensure the normal use of the laser in summer, reduce the failure rate of the laser and reduce the return rate, the laser should be paid attention to when it is used in summer:
1. Strengthen the daily maintenance of the laser and laser equipment, and regularly check and confirm the connection reliability of the high and low wires of the laser (including reliable connection and no looseness of the low-voltage terminal connection screws and wires), cooling system and optical path system.
2. The high-voltage end of the laser and the high-voltage wire connector should be far away from the metal material and the water-cooled tube. When the high-voltage end or the high-voltage connector is too close to the metal material due to the limitation of installation position, the high-voltage end or the high-voltage connector can be isolated from the metal material with insulating material to avoid high-voltage ignition.
3. For lasers of 1600mm and above, it is best to use 50KV high-voltage wires. The high-voltage wires should be as short as possible, not twisted, and the number of joints should be as few as possible. The number of high-voltage wires should not exceed 2. When the high-voltage wires are found to be aging or the protection ability is decreased, the high-voltage wires should be replaced in time.
4. The laser and the laser power supply should be matched. When the external voltage is lower than 210V, the customer is recommended to install a voltage stabilizer.
5. Keep the cooling water unblocked, the flow rate of cooling water reaches 6L/min, the water temperature is controlled below 30℃, and the temperature difference between the cooling water and the room is not more than 5℃, so as to prevent dew condensation on the laser tube or window mirror due to excessive temperature difference of cooling water. If dew condensation occurs, wipe the dew condensation part clean (the power supply must be turned off before wiping clean), adjust the temperature of cooling water to a suitable temperature, and then restart the machine.
6. The principle of low inlet and high outlet shall be adopted for the inlet and outlet of the laser. The inlet and outlet pipes of the laser shall be far away from the laser tube body (especially the outlet tube body). The outlet of the tube body shall be vertically upward and there shall be no bubble in the tube. (The inlet and outlet of the laser tube cannot be tilted. The tube is blown up due to installation problems. Our company does not guarantee the quality. )
7. Keep the window mirror lens clean and pollution-free. Regular or irregular use of bamboo cotton swabs stained with absolute ethyl alcohol (alcohol) to clean up the pollutants in the laser window mirror. (Pay attention when cleaning the window mirror to prevent the lens from being scratched)
8. Pay attention to keep the high-voltage end clean and dry, regularly clean the dust around the high-voltage electrode, or isolate the electrode with plastic wrap to avoid sparking at the high-voltage end.
