How to prevent high pressure firing by laser tube

The 80W, 100W, 130W, 150W laser tubes have two cases of high pressure fire, and the two kinds of fire can hear the obvious firecrackers, and the failure phenomenon: there are two kinds of phenomena in the laser tube and the outside of the tube. In observation, a clear discharge arc can be seen in the tube, and the outside of the tube can see a clear discharge arc at the firing place, and the outside of the tube is mainly at the high pressure joint or next to the high pressure line.
Cause of failure:
(1) fire in the tube:
After energizing, there is a sparking phenomenon in the positive or negative extreme of the laser tube. This phenomenon basically determines that the laser tube has been damaged.
(two) fire outside the tube:
(1) bad contact. The high pressure joint is loose.
(2) the water at the high-pressure joint is too large and the air is moist. The high pressure joint discharges outward, causing fire.
(3) there is a breakage. The high voltage line is leaking.
Out of tube fire solutions:

(1) to see if there is any loosening phenomenon, pull the two ends of the high voltage connector. It is fast to weld the welding terminals on the laser tube. It can not be heated for a long time to prevent the welding joint from loosening. If the welding place is sloshing, it is easy to fire. If it is really loose, it needs to be rewelded.
(2) to keep the laser tube outside dry at ordinary times, not to let the laser tube condensate water; should ensure the high pressure joint air dry, wet weather, high pressure joint seat without water.
(3) when the high voltage line is damaged, it must be replaced.
(4) the high pressure end of the laser tube is more than 15cm from the metal housing.
(5) wrap the positive part of the laser tube with plastic wrap to prevent dust and static electricity.
(6) the connection between the high voltage line of the laser tube and the high voltage wire of the power supply is heated by a heat shrinkable tube or a high pressure tape, and then put on a silicone tube sleeve. It should be fixed to the laser tube to prevent sloshing.
Note: high pressure fire can cause the motherboard work to be out of order, which can cause damage to the main board.
