How to prolong the service life of laser tube?

For a laser tube with a diameter of 80mm, paying attention to these details can make the service life of the laser tube more than 5000 hours and the service time reach more than one and a half years.
1. Use a water cooler with controllable water temperature, with the temperature set at about 25℃ and 28-30℃ in summer. Replace the cooling water and clean the filter device every month.
2. It is forbidden to use all kinds of antifreeze. In winter, 30% medical alcohol can be added to the water tank by using laser tubes, and the time should not exceed one month. The water tank needs to be cleaned when it expires.
3. Check the pollution of the output mirror regularly, and wipe it with anhydrous alcohol in time if there is putty.
4. When working in dusty and humid environment, it is necessary to wrap the positive electrode with plastic wrap to prevent high-voltage discharge.
5. Use a reasonable range of current according to the instructions, and the use of overcurrent will greatly affect the life of the laser tube.
6. Make sure that there is no bubble in the laser tube before starting each time, and then power it on after it is filled with water.
7. It is necessary to ensure the correctness of the laser light path and regularly check or replace the lens.
