The types and differences of laser lenses

There are many specifications for the focusing mirror and reflector of Tianyi laser.

1. Laser focusing mirror. Two kinds of domestic and imported, domestic focus mirror transmission rate between 90%-95%, generally used for the length of less than 1250mm laser tube, domestic focus mirror impurities, absorption of heat, if used for 80W above the laser tube, cutting efficiency is reduced, easy to wear lenses. The transmittance of the imported focusing lens is over 99%, which is generally used for laser tubes below 150W, with fewer impurities, higher transmittance and fine spot. The thickness of the conventional and imported focus mirrors is generally at 2mm. If it is used for laser tubes above 150W, it is suggested that the thickness of 3mm is used so that the thermal lens effect is reduced and the use is more stable. The 300W laser tube uses a focusing mirror with a diameter of 25mm or more, which can be more than 3mm.

2. Laser reflector. It has molybdenum material, silicon gold plated material and dielectric film. Molybdenum material without coating is used in a dirty environment. It has long scratch resistance and long service life, but the reflectivity is about 80%. The coating technology of silicon gold plating has more than 98% reflectivity, low loss, high reflectivity, and is suitable for clean environment. Life expectancy is shorter than that of molybdenum. Medium film reflector. Generally used in high-power mixer, the reflectivity is more than 99%, and the reflectivity is very high. It is suitable for thin metal cutting machines and high-power laser machines. Medium black film technology is difficult to produce, and there are few domestic production technologies. The life span is similar to the gold plating of silicon.
